  Spent a week and couldn’t buy a carpet from them. It took their contractors literally 7 days from the time I paid for measurement to the time measures were available in their systems. I placed an order Friday and couldn’t reach the guy who would measure. I called in the store manager and asked for Help, even then the guy wouldn’t call to make an appointment. Finally he called me Wednesday evening and said he could come by in 30 minutes. Yes, this was the one and only notice I’ve got. Just 30 minutes, after waiting for days. Once he’s got the measures (Which surprisingly took him 5 minutes) he did not share the results with me. It took another 2 days to finally get the results on Friday evening. By then I was tired of this and did not feel comfortable placing an order. Imagine 5 minutes of work took 7 days, it would probably take a month to get the carpets installed. Same Friday evening I went to Olson Rugs and had my carpets installed next Wednesday! They did the whole thing faster than just measuring.
